Too many suppliers for one instrument
Mechanical parts, enclosures, plastics, harnesses, finishing, labels, and packaging often come from several specialist factories.
Group portal↗We focus on custom silicone components for medical equipment, IVD diagnostic equipment, and laboratory instruments. Customer drawings and samples are accepted, with prototype and small-batch ordering supported. Coordinated instrument component kits, harnesses, and protective packaging remain available for defined projects.

We start with the buyer's application, commercial constraints, and delivery risk before matching products and suppliers.
Mechanical parts, enclosures, plastics, harnesses, finishing, labels, and packaging often come from several specialist factories.
NPI programs need responsive sampling and practical low-volume supply without losing drawing revisions, BOM versions, and lot information.
Buyers need compatible parts, clear labels, coordinated documentation, and consolidated delivery instead of separate factory shipments.
Each request is reviewed around use, specification, target market, sample needs, and expected order quantity.
Build-to-drawing silicone seals, sleeves, pads, plugs, grommets, protective parts, molded components, and other defined equipment parts. Projects are reviewed around material grade, hardness, color, dimensions, tolerances, application, and batch size.
A build-ready kit can combine CNC aluminum bases, mounts, shafts and valve bodies; stainless-steel or aluminum enclosures, panels and brackets; POM, PEEK, PTFE and PVC parts; custom harnesses; screen printing, anodizing, powder coating and laser marking; plus simple pre-assembly. We coordinate up to five specialist Suzhou factories and deliver one consolidated kit for direct installation.
Internal harnesses for IVD analyzers, laboratory automation equipment, centrifuges and incubators, including sensor, fan and power harnesses and harness-plus-bracket pre-assembly. Small batches are supported with 100% continuity testing, wire-number labels, BOM version control, batch traceability, and alternative connector suggestions.
Custom non-sterile equipment trays, instrument-accessory blister trays, service-spares circulation trays, anti-scratch, ESD and shock-protection packaging, and low-volume prototype packaging. Sterile barrier packaging and sterile silicone parts can also be coordinated for defined projects.
Each product line is supported by relevant specialists who coordinate supplier communication, quality confirmation, commercial follow-up, and export delivery.
Customer drawings or physical samples can be reviewed. Prototypes and repeat small batches are welcome, with MOQ discussed around material, tooling, geometry, and delivery plan.
We coordinate drawings, BOM versions, labels, materials, finishes, and changes across the selected suppliers.
FAI, dimensional reports, material records, 100% harness continuity testing, version control, and batch traceability can be included in the project plan.
Components from multiple Suzhou processes are consolidated, checked, labeled, and delivered as one assembly-ready kit. Jane receives the inquiry and assigns the relevant specialist.
